On the surface, such training seems cruel and brutal, but, War is worse, and, these Trainees need to pass in order to earn being a Special Warfare Airman.

Drown proofing and 50 meter underwater swim are requierements for all services going for combat diving. In this video they trained with cammies but for the test is in shorts.

@gunzfactory If you apply too much pressure to the hand and feet restraints, you can break them very easily.

@daltonsbadboy Some people in the Air Force say HUA, some say HOOYA. It is more common for Air Force ST guys to say HOOYA.

yea i did it with my dive instructor who is a coast gaurd dive instructor and was trained by an sas diver, but thanx for the advice

when/if i can into this (airman stuff) this’ what i’m weary of only & watching this i think i got it cuz only cuz i’m experienced whitewater rafting & kayaking hahah

I went to your blog and you have written there "Hooyah" does the Air Force say this? I never heard them say it before....as far as I know, the Air Force is the only brach that doesn't have a grunt....please let me know
