Amazing to see this and the fact that the men you hired plastered and grouted your balcony in only a few hours. Now I look forward to seeing you both sitting out there enjoying morning coffee. What a lovely view from up there. Thanks for sharing!!

... Staijn ... it's not bubbling... you got some great workmen! They work really fast... guess it is because it gets too hot later in the day. You did some great preparation for them too!

Great house in a lovely location. I do not know if you can get it in Italy, but here in North America we can get something called "CLR" which is made for dissolving calcium carbonate deposits. I do not if this would be effective in you situation but I would ask a local home hardware place to see what they suggest. Thanks for posting your progress!

After your done, supposedly, you can use boiled linseed oil to treat the tile and then seal with an oil based sealer.

You guys are doing an amazing job, I love following your channel and see what’s up at your villa!! I would love to buy a little house in Italy one day I’d like to have a little stone house with a garden. That’s my dream and maybe not too far out in the boonies where I can still go to a Town to do grocery shopping!!❤ I’m excited for summer or towards the end of the summer. I’m going to the Amalfi Coast to sit on the beach and relax.

Impressed with your Italian, Stijn! How did you learn?
@ouritaliandestiny7955 Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! I'm Belgian and I not only speak Dutch, I also speak French. To me French and Italian were very similar. So when I took Italian lessons I found Italian easy to learn.

Just found your channel and live it! So glad you found a beautiful place and making it your own. Are you having any communication difficulties? How do you find the people there? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to our channel! Stijn took Italian lessons and speaks it very well. I'm still learning. We found a lot of our workers through our realtor at first and then mostly from asking locals who they use for a particular job. Thank you so much for watching and we hope you are enjoying our videos. 💞🇮🇹
