Water Drilling the Screw Hole

In this video I demonstrate and explain how the screw hole is drilled to within 1/100" of the center of the bottom of a Wide Mouth Ball jar. The perch bar screw hole must be located precisely to insure correct assembly and function of the birdfeeder. Three unique tools that I developed in order to drill the screw hole are the: Neoprene Lined Stainless-steel Support Plates, the Stainless-steel Screw Hole Aiming Plate, and the Screw Hole Drilling Reservoir. Of course, there are other essential tools required in this process such as the Drill Press Vice, a Clamping Bolt T Nut Hold Down Kit, a Glass Drilling Machine water chuck, and a Sintered Diamond core Belgium Thread Mount drill bit.
