Why don't they use cloud seeding??? It may help lessen the heat and wet all flame able materials in the area...

If there's barely any water to put the fires out and all the remaining water is going TOWARDS putting the fires out...plus water for the population and the wildlife...LA will be a desert sooner than anticipated. I take it there's no de-salination plants are in the pipeline?. I wonder how much water companies like Nestle are still taking out of the region?.
