This was a great video... Reminds me a lot of the Korean camping videos. They could actually take some pointers from your video style 😁. And of course I didn't need closed captioning for translation hahaha...

Great video. I remember the cold nights my wife and I had in our Coody tent, we could see our breath. How many bundles of wood did you use for your tent stove the first night?
@RTSoutdoor5 күн бұрын
Thanks! We used two bundles, we burned it for about 2-3 hours before bed, and then I had to get up like 3 times to stoke it up again through the night. Going to take some learning to find how to keep somewhat of a steady flow of heat through the night, cause if the damper is open too much the wood burns really fast, but if it's not open enough it kills it fast. Of course the wood we used on this trip was smaller pieces, so I wonder if before bed you put in a bigger log, if it would be more of a slow steady burn through the night. I dont expect anything will burn all night but I'll just have to experiment.

We always love your videos, we're glad to see we're not the only ones who take a lot even when we travel "light" ha ha. Can we ask where you found the rugs for your Coody? We've been trying to find something larger than what we have now.
@RTSoutdoor5 күн бұрын
Thanks! Yeah the rugs came from Lowes, they are 8x10 and I bought them for the Panda Large cause they fit in there perfect wall to wall, I really want to find some that fit wall to wall in here, that would be 8x12s so I'll have to order them. Unfortunately they're not cheap, these were $200 each and the others will probably be at least that.

What’s the names to the chairs and ottoman and where did you get them?
@RTSoutdoor3 күн бұрын
I don't recall right off hand but here is a follow up video I did, giving all the information on everything we used in this video. The chairs came from Sam's club, so you'd need a Sam's membership to get those, but if you don't have one, I did link a listing for similar chairs on Amazon. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eqHJgIxuaq2Nmpo
