Can you please tell the components , and about battery why you used 9v instead of 5v coz according to my knowledge IC burns if voltage is > 5v

As usually we used 5volt but you can use either 5 or 9 volt. IC 7400 series can tolerate both of them. Component names are given in the video.

Horrible: 1. The "inverter" gate is not needed, simply connect led/resistor to the positive rail. 2. The "or" gate is not needed because the way it is connected the led is always on. 3. The "and" gate can be used or replaced with a resistor/diode. 4. None of the gate outputs are being used properly, they all require a resistor to limit the led current, especially running from 9v, battery. My design is lower cost, simpler, smaller and more efficient.
