Well done 👍 I'm also going build water cooling of my Dell t7600. But I'm going another way. Have two separate radiators and waterblocks.

I had planned to do something similar and build a unit on top of the case out of Aluminum with multiple radiators. Was also going to put a pelteir cooler in the loop too. I opted for this because it was less effort and just barely fit. If you're a linux user, theres a register you can find documentation on exposed in /sys/. On this system that in my case forced the clock to stay at 3.6ghz. So the turbo boost doesn't stop.

Hey man. Is it possible to upgrade to 6th generation Xeon E3 V5 processors on the T7600? I´m video editor and Premiere V.24 ask for 6th gen processors to upgrade.

This machine will take any socket 2011 xeon multiprocessor cpu. Bit not 2011-3. 2011-3 is not compatible with socket 2011. Here is a list of processors, I think the one I have is the second fastest. Link to the wiki is below. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_2011 If you're doing video editing, make sure you have at least 8 slots populated for ram (8 channel). Either of the top two 8 cores is probably fast enough. And ensure your graphics card is good for off loading the rendering.

Nice maybe I do that to my T7910

I have a T7600 I found that was being thrown out that I just got working. It has two E5-2687W Xeons and 32gb of DDR3 ECC spread out over both CPUs. I pulled one CPU out and put all the RAM to CPU #1 and put in a Sata SSD and GTX card and Win10 Pro after getting it to POST. Only thing it was missing was the side cover and the SAS drives so pulled the SAS controller card out as well as the dual Quadros and mechanical Sata drive. Very good to know that that Nissan blue coolant is good for liquid cooling CPUs. I'm going to use this Dell T7600 for gaming/heavy browsing/art program editing...... Is there any advantage for me to put the 2nd CPU back in for dual CPU usage??? It has the 1300W power supply. Also, I could not get it to boot off of an NVME, I tried it. My T5810 boots from NVME but not my T7600. Thank you for sharing your build.

@@robsyoutube Thank you very much for your feedback. I will be re-installing the 2nd CPU and probably look into liquid cooling after I monitor the temps over the CPUs and RAM. I'm going to get more RAM for it as well.

T7600, T7610 can't boot from M.2 SSD. I recommend you install RAID "0" with 4 SSD 2.5" .

Thanks for the info. I wound up using the T7600 with a regular single SSD and using the M.2 NVME in an adapter in a T5810 which I now use as my daily rig. I don't know anything about RAID, literally nothing other than you can have multiple hard drives acting as a single unit and one program @@JamesBakster

@@Vile-Flesh I just put my rootfs on the NVME and my /boot and /ssdstorage on the 2.5inch ssd.
