The different non-slippery material is necessary for the Velcro inserts to attach. If it was entirely smooth inside, the dividers wouldn’t stick. Besides that, thanks for the review. I just got an ebike & ordered the Engwe bag. Cheers!

Great video. I just purchased a Espin 21 Nesta and was watching videos to see what kind of basket, bags to put on my bike when I get it. You sold me on this bag, was just going to go with a basket with a waterproof liner, but those Pannier bags will come in handy for sure.

Bettin' pretty much all of the varied bags come out of the same overseas factory. The interior walls are "some kind of cloth" so that the velcro dividers will attach to it.

I don't need an expensive bag however I can't seem to find one that fits tight on my rack... I have a basic rack on the back of my electric folding bike, it's very frustrating !and I need a bag
