The strip is on the outside and i dont see any link of the strip with the cartridge. So how does the strip decides how much the cartridge has been used. Is it just a gimmick. Pls clarify

Hi, I don't think that water softener reduce clorine from the water..you can check in local if there is something to reduce it.

Do you mean to ask that skin problems is solved or not?? For this question, if you have skin issue due to hard water then it will definitely resolve. We had hairfall issue due to hard water which got resolved after sometime.
