I don't believe in Christ, but I totally connect to what you said. In Hebrew, you say 'מים חיים' meaning 'the liveliness of water'. It's truly incredible how every faith that values humanity has the same ideas.

I have seen his videos and he is really cool, but isnt it something else? He makes you do things you normally would not even thought about.....like breaking the ego..i saw him with a group in Poland in snow and ice in bathing clothes......awesome if you you can do that, but like Hans explains sounds logic too, its a shockwave. I l dont like the cold, warmth sounds logic to me,, the hot summer sun or breeze and warm seas mmmmmm❤ and minus 15 in Poland in shorts? Hell no 😂

I do the Wim Hof freezing cold showers( Been doing them for almost 5 years now) and it's been the best thing for me and my spiritulality,I feel 20 years younger..I tried this method and I felt zero.To each his own, everyone is different.Thank you for your channel!

I never realized there was a spiritual component behind it. Showers have been therapeutic for me since my 20's, particularly the water running dwn my back. All my problems & issues seem lighter afterwards. I've always felt uplifted.

Thanks so much for sharing. I actually shower in this position and did not realise what it was doing. I also lie in the bed like that before I find a comfortable sleeping position. On a Thursday night, I run a Qi Gong class from my home with many people attending. I always take an energising shower before the class which makes me feel bright, enthusiastic and ready to go. I know why now, I also do positive affirmations in the shower because it seems to help the cleansing process. You are so amazing at putting these things into words, and I am so grateful to your service for helping me and others understand what it is to be human. Be well and keep shining. :)

That ice bath hype thing whats goin on right now...i never believed in it 😂😂 its more about facing your inner ego voice that you can do it or not, but it does t seems logic to me. .... Too much softness is promoted in this video ,Diogenes used to hag naked freezing collumns at winter,ancient Greeks used to take hot baths and then imidiatly jumb in freezing cold water to learn their bodies to adjust to the change.The farmer have to farm under the hot sun and take care of the animals during the cold winder. Hindu yogis used to burn their selves alive on a pyre when they were about to die. I have also heard cleansing yourself in cold water before rituals used by both Greeks and Easterners. Nature can be cold and hot and extreme as well as neutral. Great efforts can help a soul evolve and strengthen very much. While this video might has its own value it takes an absolute stance about teachings that are ancient as well as according to nature, its very one sided. Plus Jesus was baptished on a river, dont know many warm rivers ,he traveled the hot desert and starved himself there for 40 days, Christ also had to endure crusifiction
