Tl;dr, WUtB Vol. II, a variant of the underswap take I made, is basically if Chara and Asriel swapped instead of MK with Asriel or Frisk with Chara, and also sans with Undyne instead of Papyrus this time.
This is the "MEGALOVANIA" replacement for it.

I didn't read the title and seeing Flowey in the thumbnail I thought it would be some kind of theme for a Flowey-Frisk swap, but Undyne's Megalovania is just as good. I love that the U.N. Owen Was Hero? was inspiration for this.

I'm going to say it... I think it's weird and out of character for Undyne to wait until the end like Sans did 😭 In Undertale she's the most vigilant about your kills, and the one who judges you the most. You kill one random encounter, and she refuses any interaction with you. Or if you had already befriended her, she feels betrayed and angry. I find it very unlikely for Undyne to wait any longer than absolutely necessary to punish Flowey for his crimes. I mean, have you seen how angry she gets in the neutral run when you kill just Papyrus, or some of the Snowdin dogs? Also I just personally prefer the pairing of FloweyFrisk and PapyrusSans because of the friendship that Flowey and Papyrus have. I think that could be worked into the story in very interesting ways, genocide or otherwise

Tbf, she's already based on betrayed Undyne ending from the beginning (which is one of the many reasons why she's sans). She isn't as spirited or passionate as UT Undyne (like how Alphys is not like UT Alphys considering she's free from her responsibility and lies) due to something going on before the event took place. She'd rather wait and let the royalty take care of it instead of taking action immediately (She doesn't want the steal all the credit for herself). She might be really angry, but at the same time, she's not doing well either and that could backfire on her. So in the No Mercy Run, she takes out all of her frustration on Flowey and talks a bit about what happened that led her to become like this. I chose to swap the gfs and the skeletons due to switching the side of those who are important figures (Asgore, Undyne, Alphys, MTT) in the Underground with those who aren't (Toriel (arguably, she was a hermit), sans, Papyrus, Mad Dummy). While I could swap, for instance, Undyne with Papyrus, both Undyne and sans works better in many aspects; Asgore/Toriel, Gerson/Gaster, can be seriously menacing when necessary but overall pretty comedic characters, judges, are the only characters to have a proper No Mercy battle. The main concept for this is that when you put someone in someone else's role, you make that someone go through the most prominent/similar experience that someone else did while also having them react to it in their own way (basically not in a personality-swapping way), such as making sans be more serious and less apathetic since he works for Toriel and never really went through that kind of trauma to begin with. And that's why sans is the quicker one in this case.

@@deergirl452 Flowey is still Asriel despite being swapped with Chara. It's like how Chara and Frisk are connected in UT and they also narrated Frisk/your adventure. In this one, Flowey narrates himself (in his mind) since he's already Asriel. and the geno route is him collecting souls to become Asriel.
