I watched your video and thought this company was legit. I ordered my product on November 3, 2024, and have just received my product on December 2, 2024. The only reason they even shipped it is because I asked for a refund in which they would not honor and threatened to report them. We rely on you guys to post in good faith l. There is NOTHING good about this company and how they interact with their customers.

I agree!! My experience with this company was absolutely "HORRIBLE". I placed an order on September 11, 2024, to which I received almost three weeks later. However, the worst part about dealing with this company was returning the merchandise. I threatened to post my horrible experience on all the major platforms informing everyone how they treat woman of color, before they finally agreed to send me a pre-paid return label. I finally received a refund on November 20, 2024.
