Interesting effect with the strong darker background behind a light face and dress. The rich colour of the red with gold touches added oppulemce and the figure really pops in the foreground. A different choice for the background could have created a more earthy, natural effect (probably the kind of choice I would automatically make), but I enjoy the decorative quality of your style. It feels like a Japanese screen almost. I love the use of pencils to add detail. This is a technique I'm going to use more often now I've watched your video 🙏☺️ I would go into those edges more with the pencils where two light parts converge like the hand on the goose and the back of the goose near the neckline. Thank you for sharing your process. Very enjoyable 🤎🦋
