Very nice. I have never tried open_air yet. Started watercolor about 6 months ago and enjoy it, just wish paint and paper wasn't so expensive. Luckily I knew to start w cheaper paper while learning. Largely its been waiting for me, just blank, need to just sketch something maybe and start again. Thx again, look forward to more, my style is similar to yours I noticed, so watching you inspires me :)

I really like your dry brush work it adds so much texture! I did notice out of the right hand window the large rock close to you there's a face in it....

I love "olive green" color. But usually I mix a bunch of different colors to get the tone just right.

That right. I rarely do any pencil marks before painting.

It is an artist retreat in Co. Kerry, not far from Skellig Islands where Star Wars filmed a place of hide out for Luke Skywalker ;) So I was a hermit there too.
