Play with your colors! Especially the green mixes. After awhile, you' be able to recognize the colors used on the videos.

What is the purpose of this video? If it is to teach - you should have mentioned what paper and colours you were using... And I agree that any kind of explanation would be better than just music...

It's more of a demo, which can be confused for a tutorial. Instead of a vague answer I'll tell you, I believe this is painted entirely with cobalt, cad red and cad yellow. The background, up until the first tree, is wet in wet. A limited palette , whichever hues, will give you this beautiful cohesion of color. It looks so peaceful, doesn't it?
