Oh yes! His work is outstanding! I'm working on purchasing (probably renting first as it's quite an expense to commit to) caravan and do a bit of outback traveling and plein air. His work is definitely one of the inspirations for this.

@NVfineARTstudio That's great Nina if you do that travel and if you go to the Northern Territory it's worth a trip out to Hermannsburg, about a 100 km West of Alice Springs, that's where Albert was from, he really did capture the colours out that way in his paintings, regards Michael.

Very few watercolorists seems willing to accept that, mostly, clouds are white, with a tinge of shadow, not the other way round, as a rule, except in some non-daylight circumstances.

When I painted all the trees in the very foreground, I thought it's too many of them. If you do have a chance to paint, try to leave a few in the middle out.
