It look so easy to make, but really to paint watercolors like the master Chen does, needs a lot of years experience with colors and very high artistic talent to draw .Just admirable

I am a Yong Chen fan, from years ago, when I discovered his paints on Flickr. There was a photo of some fruits mandarine painted by the hands of talented Yong Chen, simply breath taking, marvellous realistic style. Then I found him teaching on you tube... And was another surprise. My best regards and thanks to Sir Yong Chen

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and skills with us. Although I am a layman at the beginner's stage, I have gained courage and will dare! It will probably be very fun to see my work next to yours!

This helped me learn how to get really deep tones while blending out to lighter areas. It was very fun to try.

I love your channel, i have been wanting to try this one for a while , i cant believe how gorgeous and realistic you painted it. A couple weeks ago I did your cute little teddy bear and it came out so well and i adore it. So today i set out to do this, with my best brushes, paints and Arches watercolor paper. I knew it was going to be harder than it looks, but it was sooooooo much harder and I had an epic fail. Like really bad, I know its all part of the learning but I had been making such good progress and thought i could do this, boy was I wrong, you are a master indeed. I cannot pull this off, not even close!

Keep your video short like 5 mins as your painting is good ... If people saw 50 mins so they will not open it
