Watercolor sketching in Prague

This year after going to Poland to visit our family we decided with Kana to go someplace that will inspire a lot of good, on-site watercolor sketching. Usually we take some sketching equipment with us but end up not doing any sessions just walking a lot and making many reference photos.
This time we chose to go to Prague (also because it was close) for about one week and our two favorite artists from Atelier Sentō also came with us to discipline us into painting! They know their plain-air sketching regime well, so we hoped they will get us into form!
We ended up walking half-randomly around the city, sketching with minimal equipment, drawing and painting for about 1-2 hours in each location.

Just subscribed and my god, I'm so happy I got to see this channel, like really I'm so happy because your type of art is the type I like. Please if you have time teach us beginners how to sketch and paint like your technique. I really like it. Also include teaching us the combination of colors and water techniques for watercolor. I have not used Gouache but did a lot of painting with Holbein watercolors (tubes) and I like them a lot actually :) They are my secondary go-to paints right now.

So I started watercolor painting yesterday but was a really mess. I sucked at color combinations and in using water to my paper and for the coloring. Maybe, if you have please have a live painting / video tutorials on how you combine your colors. Even if I need to memorize all your combinations especially in contrast colors, I'll do it. Please I really am moved by you. I want to learn first combining good colors, even if its just a simple color set.

It's a spiral sketchbook with the White Watson 239g paper (cold pressed) the same paper I used for my Yuragi comic
