I think this is the clearest demonstration I have watched, and it really helped me to see how you gradually built up the picture. I was very interested in how you added the deeper waves in the water, judging the timing of the drying process to allow the waves to recede. I am going to try and sketch something along these lines and follow this process. Thank you :)

Wow! Just found you today and am glad I have! I really think your palette/paper setup is groovy. Showing your mixing and loading techniques is an art form in itself... I got a really great sense of this. Also, I liked the actual real drying time delays... It really stressed the importance of being patient. Many other KZbin publishers cut and jump ahead over these intermediate drying time and it is confusing and I often get into trouble with my own attempts not waiting long enough. I am finding that water management both on the paper and in the brush is what this is all about. You are a fabulous teacher and I really appreciate the time and effort you have spent for us.

Thank you Tim very much for your kind comments and feedback. Yes it's all about timing! Hope you catch my next live demo!
