Yes. We have had water cress since I was very young. Cool thing is we can collect as much as we want from the local creeks. It will be better this year because we are coming out of a drought. Yes the pork is one of the best ingredients. Welcome back and keep the recipes coming. I still brag that you taught me to make my favorite, char siu. I think I will make some to take to the cemetery for our biannual visit to burn money for my parents to spend. I use birthdays to remind me it is that time of year. My son, my two nephews , and my grand niece are all born this month.

I love watercress just on its own but this super easy recipe is a must try, Daikon is hard to find, it looks like a Mooli or white radish, is it the same with a different name?
