So i can't say for currently, but 2 years ago it was a think called tick base manipulation. which did a lot of weird things, similar to what's happening now, and the person who found the exploit, while did release it to a private cheat he was developing for. he also reported it to valve and released the code publicly eventually when other cheats started figuring it out and valve was quick to patch it. Im sure its something similar now, just not tick based. not sure how they would make the same mistake twice, but at the same time, the same dev that made the original exploit also told valve how to patch antiaim, or separating your hitbox from the player model, and they never patched that.

The Bomb explode exploit has been in CSGO since at least 2017-2018 and then they fixed a bit and now it pops up again i guess they added the mechanics to CS2 the same way they added them in CSGO initially really interesting.

Abandoning matches or vote kicking teammate should not put you in same ”low trust-pool” as cheating induced reports. And i dont know if there are different pools for different behaviour but i doubt it. Or valve should give us option to surrender because enemy is cheating without somebody abandoning

Nah cheating problem is even worse than ever, played 3 competitive after a week's break, cheaters in all games. I'll be finally throwing towel at this game as there is no hope of ever getting rid of cheaters whatsoever.

it should be mentioned however, these more invasive anti-cheats do slow down the game even on beefy computers, and also the fact that these cheaters could also use virtual machines to circumvent these things, though there is a lot of info I'm not too knowledgeable. There is still a lot of improvement need to be done on anti-cheats so they don't eat your ram like chrome does lol

btw reporting cheaters as grief might be bad thing if it goes to overwatch because overwatch reason might be grief so if reviever then submits that case as wallhack or aimhack then cheater might not get banned

I mean being a little toxic when u get 4 russian teammates that throw ur game shouldnt also decrease my trust factor but i agree that cheaters should face a 0 tolerance policy like in faceit . Matchmaking is competetive and not for wallhackers that dont belong here.

Bro, i really like your Vids about it. But i’m playing the game day by day, i would say i’m not that bad, as example i was mg2 on dust 2 without cheats. Never cheated in cs, but nowdays i’m hardstuck Gold 3 or 4 since weeks… when i check the demo people playing really weird, to early rotation and so on… most of them are 5 stack all kinda good accounts but someone is walling everygame. I think ragehacking is kinda dead atm, but alot of people are walling game by game with insane accounts. One Game 30 kills but the next 3 are below 10, all the time, timings, weird holdings, and a lot of smokekills… Wallhacking is a bigger problem then raging…
