Well done Karen. That turned out a fantastic day. I'm going through a pretty dark time and you ALWAYS cheer me up. I have Fibromyalgia, arthritis and have suffered depression for many years. My medication usually works but sometimes I have a down day or week.So you getting up and doing these three pours has made my day. I'm off to get my paints out with my granddaughter. For those needing something to pass the time, I can recommend getting a large surface, be it canvas or board or paper, and start doodling. Doodles can turn into something without you even realising it. I spent days and days and days doodling, really like the result I got and wow, the time FLEW by. Seriously, it kept me so involved but it was pretty much entirely stress free, cos I just went with whatever came out. If that makes sense?! I used acrylic paint pens but you could use anything you like. :) My doodles ended up being a sort of abstract landscape thing!
