I actually shot this using my new DJI Osmo Pocket 4. I still use and love the Sony and it has better quality, especially in bright scenes as the sky can turn turquoise with the Pocket. But if I'm out walking around and I'm not sure what the day will be like I will take the DJI instead.

It’s a nice small town although I cut a segment from the video about how people need permission to cut trees now because in the downtown which comprises of two streets, a lot of people cut down streets and now it’s like a desert at noon with sun beating down. They also put into place that there’s no agriculture in the mountain areas so they don’t disturb natural plant life which I think is pretty great.

You know Alan's accent in English isn't the same as other people from his island (Sumatra) and I've always wondered why. I thought it was because he learned English while speaking to many Germans. But now I wonder if it's because he spent so much time in Sulawesi as a child, which is close to the Philippines.

Is a motorcycle endorsement on your drivers licence in your home country needed to rent a scooter in the Philippines?

Alan has an international motorcycle license but like most places in South East Asia he wasn’t asked for it. That said, if you’re pulled over by cops you can be fined and if you have an accident travel insurance doesn’t cover you without an international license. If you have a motorcycle license at home it’s really easy to get an international one

It's cool-er. During the day its mid-30s but at night it's pants weather which is amazing.
