That was a pretty awesome trail beside the cliff. Beautiful creek and falls too. Man that was one ambitious beaver! Those trees were big. Looks like you are eaten good! Cool to arches. Those were pretty big. Wow, those shoes have some miles on them. Certainly is time. Great trip. Have a nice day.

pretty cool to see the beaver bitten trees/ some amazing waterfalls, that one going into the cave is unreal. Princess falls looks like it would be nice to sit in the water in summer... great hiking too/ that's a neat arch/ always good to be in the woods with you thanks for taking us with you

Sweet views out there. Those falls look nice. That one section does have bat cave vibes. Bummer about the shoes. I've been liking the Topo Athletic Runventure 4 for the Vibram grip but my old Altra Lone Peak 5s are more comfortable. I lean more toward minimalist footwear though.

Love that area but I had thought it is was all Daniel Boone until you got into TN. Learn something new everyday. I have Topos right now which I like unless you are going to be bushwhacking. To me, they lack side support so if you are on a side hill kind of trek, it feels like your foot is going to slide right off the sole. Otherwise I have Merrells, I prefer rock plates in my shoes as I am super flat footed.

This is a place I must check out. I like Solomon boots, but I am also a fan of the Merrell Moab. Once again I am back on chemo (Ivosidenib this time) and am hitting day 56. Luckily for me it’s not as bad as the Temodar was. Cheers to ya dude.🤙
