Well done Mark! Thanks for all the videos. It's helped me build confidence as a parkrun newbie this year to see different courses and take them on. Me and my wife qualified for the purple 25 run shirt at Heaton today, and I credit your videos with helping us to acheive that over the last 7 months. Good luck for 2024.

I'm not sure how that qualifies as a parkrun but it's certainly a good trail run ... Plenty of elevation to make you work hard 😊👍 Well done 😁👏

Thank you for watching, it was a difficult run. Last time, I nearly had an anxiety attack at the end but this time was different.

I have ran Watergrove parkrun once, it is the toughest one out of the 20 different courses I’ve done. I’ve learned that a parkrun course can be in anything, hills, flat, on sand, on trails, grass whether it be within a park or elsewhere such as a promenade. It is all the same to me. The atmosphere is great and the marshals are always appreciated.

Don’t worry I was be mellow dramatic. I think Watergrove and Pendle is the hardest and Heaton Park is my favourite
