Something I been looking for on your site but don't see anywhere, what do you do if your portable water cart is connected but doesn't turn on?

If it was charged at least 4 hours prior to use, it should work fine. If you are trying to use it while it is plugged in, it can ruin the battery. Please reach out to us at [e-mail] to help rectify the issue with this product.
