Radu Louise. That is debatable. When Maxine was having trouble with her mother and her step-father Steph took Maxine in her house and gave Maxine a good home. Steph has been a damn site more of a mother to Maxine than that poor excuse for a lady Patti Barlow was. She was horrible. What Steph did for Maxine may have had something to do with her getting the Pastoral care job. The way I see it Steph can't be worse than Kim.
