Hi! I just purchased this and was wondering if you had to turn your water off first? Or does this not require that step?

Haley that is a great question, you do not have to shut off your home’s water, as long as the shower is off it’s an easy switch. 👍🏼

Don't buy this! I had one. The spray wand part is good. But the shower head divider is made of very cheap plastic. After three months, it just broke apart. Just go ahead and read some one star reviews on Google, this problem is very common.

I noticed there is a product called magic woof washer that looks the exact same! I have to wonder if water pik simply slapped their name on that product and upped the price. Can diverters be replaced by us with something nicer?
