I JUST STUMBLED UPON THIS GREAT VIDEO AND THOUGHT I'D CONTRIBUTE MY TWO CENTS! I bought mine from QVC, December 2015, and it came with 3 "PODS' for around $30. I've been using them for 10 months now, and it's exceptional for using in the shower as an extremely useful, inexpensive Bluetooth playing/and using as a phone device. I notice that there's a few different types, but they are all basically same all the way around. First, it's micro USB and will charge with any of your existing chargers from any device that requires micro USB (preferably a charger that outputs anything equal or greater than 500mA (milli-amps). POSITIONING IS VERY CRITICAL. I use mine in the shower and haven't had a single issue for 10 months and going. I have not submerged the thing in direct water, do not recommend it, and like I said, no issues. This is WATER RESISTANT, NOT WATERPROOF. In the shower, if it cannot be placed anywhere but where it's getting drenched, I would not recommend that. It will guarantee to fail rather quickly because the speaker holes underneath will fill with water, thus damaging the circuitry on the PCB. If you have this issue, just use the suction vertically as high as you can. Always wet the suction side first prior to placement for maximum suction. It will not fall off as long as it's on a perfectly flat surface. One very useful tip is to always have a backup charged POD ready to go, as I believe one POD lasts 2 to 3 hours for audio. Once that POD needs recharging, you will have your backup ready, then charge the other one so that's ready for when that one's battery dies. Phone usage is negligible. If you really need to talk while showering, that's a problem IMO! When the device is just about to lose its charge, it will start making a noise as heard in the video. The sound of pairing and that of requiring a recharge are two completely different notification sounds. I mainly use mine to listen to Howard Stern, but the quality of audio sound is still rather good. I hope this very very long long review was helpful!

I’ve been using mine for a while, but today when I turned it on it started beeping consistently. I couldn’t listen to music, and according to my phone it was fully charged so I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. I tried shaking it to try to get water out in case some got in, then tried turning it back on, but the speaker just kept beeping. Does anyone know how to fix it before I throw it away?

It takes a very small circular input unfortunately - probably cheaper just to buy a new one online and you will then have two, plus one charger to keep both charged.

You can use wall adapters. It will only draw as much charge from the adapter as it requires even if the adapters are rated for higher output wattage.
