Apply this process as top coat - white cement+ URB + . Apply this mixture on that affected area with brush. Apply first coat and next day apply 2nd cort. Watering the area on the 3rd day for next 2, 3 days.

301 urp is not for this purpose. You should use 302 Super latex.
