This is very expensive process.... Money making tricks. One can easily mix 80% cement, 20% White Cement & water proof liquid together and apply it.... Very cheap and best process. Not more than 5k for entire roof (60'×40' site). Do it once in two years👍

How to get a glossy and smooth final finish on the terrace for easy cleaning and usage?! It is better to fix roof tiles than to do all this. Also you have not given any tips / insight on curing of the roof or the percentage of water needed in PMM !!! This method is against the IS standards.
