As usual your videos are top notch 👍 Question not related to this video but you being a man of knowledge the Village of Richmond only 3 years old has a high amount of homes for sale with 3 on one block for sale this being a prime location next to Brownwood seems unusual 🤔

3 Years is long enough to not have to pay any capital gains tax. Also, people that move to the area usually move 3 times before they settle on their forever home. Not sure why that is but I feel like it is typical.

Thanks for the video. Would be an added benefit if you could add some graphic arrows and boxes to highlight areas you are talking about to help those less familiar with the names of roads and neighborhood areas.
