It doesn't look deep enough but this is not going to be like the other pools, they have it listed as a "sports pool" so I'm not sure. It is in the same spot on the map so who knows.

We’ve been to the Villages multiple times and have not purchased anything at this time due to big concerns about homeowners insurance will we be able to obtain insurance how much will it be yearly renewal how much will it go up will that company drop me and leave the state? The other issues being these huge bonds on new homes and pre owned is certainly no bargain unless you head up north to Spanish Spring area where every home is cookie cutter with kissing lanai zero privacy and older homes needing work.We looked at other developments in the Carolinas new developments new homes but no bonds.I assume that instead of bonds the price of developing new infrastructure must be added to the price of the homes which are reasonably priced.

The Florida Real estate market has weakened in the last Year, the go go days of Covid a memory. It is more expensive to live in Florida to include Taxes, and Insurance. I would not buy new in Villages and pay top dollar as the deals are in the pre owned inventory, with people wanting out of Florida.

@08:40 and earlier, what is holding the wall in place, is it just the rebar in the pad or are they somehow fastening the wall to the rebar? I really need to call that company up to see if they have any videos explaining the assembly process in closer detail. I watched one video a bit back, different location in the USA but on prefab wall construction, fascinating. They can prefab walls with inner & outer concrete, insulation and studs as well as tubing for plumbing and wiring to the extent like here they just drop it in place and its done. Not to mention the fact that they can control the strength of the concrete by altering the PSI of the pours as well as controlling the atmosphere at the plant (more than they can outside where hot/cold/humidity all effect the tensile strength.
@PapaPineapples14 күн бұрын
The rebar comes up from the slab into the wall and until it’s all up they have those braces on each piece

Too many homes not enough shopping, restaurants, etc. Many streets are not wide enough and have no gutters. Thus it has a rural look. The driveways are not deep enough on most homes.

It is hard for them to fill the retail areas with shops, I believe because of the high lease rates. Spanish Springs square is losing a lot of businesses.

Thanks 🙏🏻 These flyovers are great. Nice to see the progress. But it’s hard to align what you see from the air with what we see from the ground. So it would be great if you would flyover along a road we would travel from the ground (if that’s possible, or legal). Like from the Southern Oaks bridge to Middleton. Or from Magnolia Plaza to Eastport. I hope you get the idea. Being new, I don’t know Central Parkway from Barr Blvd (or where they go). Also, that way we’d have a sense of where one Village starts and another ends. It just looks so different from a golf cart or eBike on a multimodal path. Anyway, please keep up the good work. It’s great watching the development and how everything grows in.

My wife and I are building in Shadybrook, and I had the same problem when I started watching drone videos too. I learned to use the Villages app on my phone while watching the videos on my television. Open the app to the map on the homes and homesites for sale. After a short time you will start being able to line up the ponds and the roads and be able to follow where they are flying. Hope that helps.
