Well, there is a Scottich dude that has a tail or vane that maintains a pitch in the wind of the winds. The other thing is to make air foils, which should work. Right now there is about 50 feet off two feet of snow where I wish to put this thing up. Thanks for thinking, John

the original design didn't spin enough to drive a pma. Tried different ideas, just not this one. This design was for a peddle wheel came apon me as a water wheel. with all the paddles on, it free spins with out a pma on it.

as you can see in a later vid that I switched to a timing belt which works pretty well staticly haven't put in the stream yet. thanks for your comment.
