Up Close BREATHY ASMR Whispering & Drawing ZEN Tangles

I've been doing something lately that kind of reminds me of zentangling, but in a written form. I just open up to a new page in my notebook and write down everysingle thought that comes to my mind as I think of it and keep writing until the page is full. I write each thought in a different color and write the thoughts in different places all over the page. The result is a very colorful page of thoughts that I can look back on and reflect, or just to see how my thought process has changed overtime. Its very fun and relaxing as well!

Hi Ilse! I just got a copy of the idiots guide to ASMR for christmas! I was explaining to my dad what asmr was since he got me the book, and he was telling about his friend from college who always talked about biofeedback, and i turned to the index and saw there's a whole section on it! It was like a "woah" connection moment!

I love you ASMR videos! Something else to draw to which I really love is fractals. They're mathematical equations in art. They're really beautiful, you should look them up and try to draw them, some are very complicated but you can start out simple at first. I really hope you check them out!
