Watson Flume Trail - Hiking in Prescott Arizona

Join me on this narrated walking tour adventure along the Watson Flume Trail, one of Prescott, Arizona's hidden gems. Just six miles from downtown, this scenic hike takes you through diverse terrain, showcasing stunning rock formations, Ponderosa pines, river, waterfalls, wildlife and remnants of a historic flume from the 1800s. The trail had a few steep spots, but they weren’t slippery. It’s well marked with painted white dots. Overall, it’s a fun trail with plenty of hiking, climbing and rock scrambling. Surprisingly fun hike! There are impressive, magnificent views of the river, waterfalls and rocks. This route is definitely a challenge for inexperienced hikers, but the views are wonderful.
