Watson Marlow 323 Peristaltic Pump Operation

Thank for the video. I want pump 100 ml/min, but cannot calculate the rpm to be set. I used the flowing formulae desird flowrate / (max flow rate/max rpm), my inner wall thickness is 1.6 mm. Could also please zoom / share pic where to adjust pump head for 1.6 mm ID, ext thickness 3.2
