Mr. Watts, You are the creme de la creme of online art instructors! if I hadn't already signed a full year's lease on my apartment I would be packing up now and moving to San Diego to study with you. Please keep these wonderful videos coming. I am completely enthralled and I'm so impressed with your work ethic and your organizational skills and talent. For those of us struggling on our own to learn these things you are a ray of sunshine and you give us all hope that regardless of the obstacles we can improve our work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks again Jeff for another inspiring and helpful talk: for reminding us that the best pay off in art training is still the passion, fun, but also journey/quest. Best.

Thank you for doing these, they help so much. It's getting to the point where it almost doesn't feel right if I'm drawing and don't hear your videos in the background :)

Thank you so, so much!! So enjoyed you expounding on the book!! Sat through all 12 Parts in one go while practising drawing the head! You kept me going on the practice and now to go take your other piece of advice: stretch, move, workout... This is going to be your legacy, Jeff! :)

The busy guy you mentioned that gets up at 4 a.m.seems to be on a great track. He can work out with his wife and take the kids (walk or play time), and he and his wife can have a date on the weekends. Two hours of art before work, and an hour after dinner during the week, sounds great to me. I think artists really have to get good at tuning into their intuition. Intuition will tell you when to work hard, when to rest, when to switch things up, etc.

"it is what t is... you know? what is this?" an awesome way to describe the feeling when starting the path....

There are more popular KZbin Channels out there, but the comments on Jeff's channel reveals a more tight knit group of disciplined individuals striving to be the best. That's what is unique about the people following him, they realize how good he is (Jeff specifically, not his understudy teachers, though they are up and coming)

7 hours of TV? 7 hours of TV is the _average_? How is that even possible?!
