Why was Cavalry not DQd for pinning/trapping?

Red always had the ability to escape and didn't attempt to I would think, it seems they always had the ability to drive back and go away, but didn't because they were trying to score.

I can see how it seems like pinning and trapping but it really wasn’t. As it’s been said we didn’t make much of an attempt to escape as we were trying to score, and intent of escaping is necessary to call for pinning. It was nothing more than well thought out and well planned legal defense that was honestly incredible to watch (even though we were on the losing end of it)

Aidan-7121E what if your ally had attempted to escape so they could go score in the protected zone instead and then you guys go in and scored in unprotected in the short time frame Calvary wouldn’t be defending
