Great job, I'm understanding even more about wave control at lane phase! Like, when your wave is counter bouncing, you shove it to make your enemy wave advance the lane, what put you in the right spot to make your enemy lose CS because you have the control of the lane. Punishing with quick trades, you guarantee lane control, wave control and after early game you exit from it with advantages to spread it along the map for your teammates. Doing your job as assassin, killing people in bad positions, guarantee your team to act more in objectives, because enemy team would have less teammates to try steal them. I'm actually so glad I found you. I've been trying to learn Katarina for the past few months and still couldn't understand the laning phase. It's always 50/50 for me. If it hurts you then you must have really bad mindset to think getting as much kills as possible is the best strategy. It's iron, if he wanted to he could have got five kills by 5 minutes, but instead he wants to teach plat and below players how to *actually* win the lane

What do you recommend doing about the wave management when the enemy champ just straight up denies you. Yasuo with good mechanics should kick your shit in during lane no? So I just wonder what you do vs like a viktor to manage a wave

The most difficult thing about kat is when I find myself versus a ranged match up that is strong in lane.

Do you build the runes depending on matchup or the ennemies champs? And what about the build too?

Build and runes depend on matchup and enemy team comp. example: I could be vsing a matchup where electrocute is better. Then look at the team to see if electrocute is good against their comp overall. If they have a bunch of bruisers, I’ll take conqueror instead even if electrocute is better for lane. If conqueror/electrocute is good against their entire team and the matchup, I’ll just take what’s best.

i know its supposed to be informative, but i feel like you should always punish the yasuo when you can. you let him get away twice for free pre level 6 just to show a point but i feel like it would be more informative to kill him so that way you can show just how easy it is to abuse low elo players and climb.

As a katarina player myself, it almost never feels this easy to contest yasuo level two. It could be a skill issue on my part but I find myself having to play on the backfoot for those early levels when the yasuo pressures me.

@@zenitti the first time i made the same mistake as yasuo was on too lane against a nasus way back in 2014. I didn't know nasus passive, i would roam and i paid the price lol

@@noobskillz87 Yes, knowing match ups is a core thing to make better decisions during lane phase.

@@noobskillz87 You could go D shield and try to stand against Nasus passive, or just shove and roam. There's a lot possibilities, and items with grievous wounds is a good choice against sustain-like champs. With Yasuo, I think you could go greaves boots with executioner's calling, would be a great choice against Nasus in early game. If your enemy Nasus is a good player, that's my thought to outstand against him.

@@Katlifelol i Think its good that u started this low because u can show some things better as if u were facing a diamond lucian where u cant even touch cs good move and that u didnt buy items and didnt hardcore abused the yas was very polite and nice because i know this from my self if u get hardcore stomped u nearly delete the game but because u didnt kill the yas he was not too angry i think good job :)

I like these videos but it really demonstrates what's wrong with league in general.. A smurfing kat who is almost 100% to get a serious advantage in lane and will almost 99% carry the game out.. Ranked is borked.
