Mind waves already exist there in fast time a normal radio can not receive these because they are fast enough. Radio waves that are produced in fast also can not be detected by a normal receiver.

Thanks for watching Mohamed. Not exactly sure what you are after. However, an FM signal can be amplitude modulated. To demodulate it, first a high pass filter needs to remove the AM effect. Once this is done, the signal can be demodulated like any other FM signal. Best of luck.
