Arturia EFX FRAGMENTS - All Presets Demo

Efx FRAGMENTS by Arturia is a software effect that allows you to divide, transform, and rebuild any sound by unlocking the power of granular processing. Glitchy stutters and experimental textures are the highlight of this audio effect! Simply add EFx FRAGMENTS to any channel as an audio effect and get instant granular texture, happy accidents, and atmospheric interest.
In this video, I demo each stock preset in EFx FRAGMENTS one by one, applied as an audio effect to Analog V using a preset called called Eclectic Keys. This is to give you an idea of what's possible using EFx FRAGMENTS and the interesting results that are attainable using this effect plugin from Arturia.

Hi, and thanks for your quick demo - much appreciated. I didn't even demo this, I just went ahead and bought it based on what I've been hearing guys like you doing with their tracks using Efx Fragments, but today's price for existing Arturia end users? $99. How the heck did the price double in just 3 months??? At the very least it will add some nice nuance to repetitive patterns like you just demonstrated. Thanks again, Liked and subscribed.

You have the best demo. I love this! Quick question. From your different sound sources you’ve used, has the result been massively different and melodic? Like do the presets make all the sounds sound the same or they really stand out from each other?

You can get a lot of cool granular smearing, processing, and melodic shifting with Fragments but in my experience it is a lot of the same sound. Some presets stand out, but a lot sound too similar overall. Of course one could spend the time to master it and cajole uniqueness out of it, but I found it more fun to experiment with and leave it at that. I didn’t end up purchasing it in the end. It’s fun but not essential. 😄

Im thinking about this, but Since I have the Audio Damage Other Desert Cities already, am wondering how much overlap is there between these two?

Couldn’t say, haven’t tried Audio Damage. EFX can sound cool, but really will be specific to your music. If you can see it for a specific an ongoing use it could be worth it, otherwise best just passing

Hello, i was wondering if you could help me. I am using efx fragments on my vocals, but i am wanting my vocals to sound really distant and muffles so i can't really hear them at all and i only want to only export the final effect of the plugin after it has processed the vocal. But whenever i export, even when i use the plugins multi filter some parts of the vocal have the desired effect i want but then 100% vocal up front sound comes back in. Is there a way to only export the effect sound? Thank you
