Thank you for the video. I will be making chicken breast in mine tonight for the first time. I also wear gloves EVERY TIME I handle chicken. Darnell, I watched the video where you compared the nuwave and the air fryer. The biggest difference is in max heat output? Basically anything you do in the air fryer oven elite can be done in the nuwave with similar results? (BTW, you can cook for me anytime. You keep it simple, clean, and neat. That's pretty close to perfect. )

Have you ever tried slicing the breast (from the sides) so it looks like a taco, then seasoning the inside? It gives them a flavor explosion but you have to be careful not to over season the inside. Anyways, thank you so much for the great videos and helping us through learning our new air fryer.

The air circulation is OK for smaller things, but not so good with big chicken breasts. Because there is no bottom heating element. If you want true circulation and cooking on both sides. You need to consider this. Power Air Fryer Oven 360: kzbin.info/aero/PLdwaKyfn2J3ont2-oPwTaww75_NGf_cQw

I just received this oven as a gift. I use a lot of boneless skinless chicken thighs. Can't seem to find much on how to cook the thighs. Do they cook the same as breasts? How long would you recommend cooking and at what temp for a boneless skinless thigh with and/or without breading?
@rogershank6906 жыл бұрын
dark meat usually takes longer to cook, just keep a eye on the temperature of the chicken. I usually stick to about 170 degrees for chicken,

When you keep jamming then thermometer into the chicken did you realize you were probably hitting the rack and getting the heat off of it the way you kept forcing it deeper you were having a hard time so it had to of been hitting the bottom part of the chicken and the rack
@WaveOvenRecipes5 жыл бұрын
7:17 You are incorrect. I stuck from the side and I am no rookie, I know better than to do that. I jammed into the depth of the meat. 6:31 Are you familiar with *Carry Over Heat* ? I use a cheap thermometer only about $1.5 , that iGrill2 is 130 usd here in Indonesia wtf.
@WaveOvenRecipes5 жыл бұрын
iGrill 2 costs some money because it saves the effort of going to check temperature. Its Bluetooth makes things easier. And it can alert at certain temperatures along with built in temperature settings. I give a full review of iGrill 2 here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZyQc3WkZcd2mck And it's one of my favorite tools. It's only $62 here in the USA today. You're in Indonesia, so your price includes all the overhead it takes to sell one there. That's not only shipping, but taxes and other _fees_ involved in selling US electronics there.
