The term is usually used to address someone you love as "love" which is "yang". The first word in the song is "yang". Literally he is addressing his girlfriend intimately as "love'

@@WavePotter , Malay Pop stands for Pop Melayu, not Pop Malaysia. Saying it Malay Pop is correct. I'm an Indonesian from Melayu tribe here. Melayu tribe is not the same as Malaysia as a country. My suggestion, if you want to describe these things accurately, better use the original world "Melayu" next time. Trust, there won't be any mix understanding about it with Malaysia as a country. Both Indonesian and Malaysian would agree with it. The problem is that, people outside Nusantara region wouldn't know the difference between "Melayu" as a tribe (people in the region of North Sumatera and Malaka Peninsula), with the term of Malay for Malaysia as a nation. Every time someone uses the word Malay, the outside people only see it as Malaysia. This is the problem, when I'm as melayu, descendant of Minangkabau Tribe in West Sumatera region (the root of all Malay tribe) wouldn't be included in the conversation. Terminology wise, the term for Malay Pop is correct, if you know that the Malay word refers to Melayu culture as a whole, including a part of Sumatera (Indonesia) and Melayu people in Malaysia (there people are from the same root). Malay (Melayu) is not for Malaysia only. Even us here call it as Pop Melayu. Again, I encourage you to use the word "Melayu" next time if you are talking about the tribe and culture to avoid any misunderstanding. Both Indonesian and Malaysian will agree with it.
