I've tried so many others like white noise (and every other color too) & rain sounds, thunderstorm sounds, waterfall sounds etc and this one specifically is the best one, it helps me to sleep so much better at night that I've started using it for my one year old nephew too. Thank you!

I love the ocean at night! And at anytime! (Except something reeeeally dangerous, like a sunami.) I slept overnight with a friend at a California beach with a friend once. As a Midwestern gal, I love ANY and ALL types of waters, and I thought it was glorious!

I agree with you. This sound does not feel comforting. Yet, I love going to sleep listening to heavy rain, thunder and lightning. I always hope for a storm. I grew up in the Mid West.. I grew up around lakes and ponds.. I've never seen anything like this before... But listening to storms and running from tornados you wouldn't think this would bother me...
