Great build, nicely done... Question: Can I put freewheel cog into fix fix type thread?

Cheers! Technically yes, the thread is the same. However the freewheel will have less thread to engage on compared to the normal freewheel thread. I’ve seen many cases where it’s worked perfectly fine for years and years, but have also heard of the occasional stripped thread because of heavy riding. Personally I would ride one, with a good quality hub and freewheel with good thread condition however if you’re someone who puts a-lot of force and watts and pedal like a track cyclist I probably wouldn’t recommend it. Hope that helps 👍

Have collected a few sets over the years now, mainly because they were discontinued and getting harder to find especially here in NZ. I decided to start holding onto the ones I came across knowing that I would most likely use them for a future build or if someone locally wanted a set for a custom build👍
