When we need to move all the values in a list a number of indices to the left or right, we use Shift List.

Hello, I was trying to recreate this pavilion with Rhino6 and I can't seem to insert the command "Rebuild Surface" in 3:16... how do I fix that?

I think that is basic command. You should be able to see it.
