Whoever needs to hear this let me tell you that it’s ok to say that your not ok, it’s ok that you need to get it together for you. You don’t have to own up to what everyone expect from you, you can’t be there for everyone at all times while neglecting yourself. While it is awesome to be there for others, you have to make sure that your full before you can fill up someone else’s cup. Drowning in depression is a lonely and scary place to be and you don’t have to live there, let alone live there anymore. You are special, you are needed, you are wanted and you are blessed. Amen and you know what you are absolutely right I am definitely need to do that i talk to God through out the day and I always thank him for everything that he has done for me including waking me up but I am guilty of not doing everything i suppose to be doing i work 15 hours a day Monday through Friday but that's no excuse because it's only because of God that I'm able to do it and I cannot thank him enough.
