I feel like you're drawn to specifically body movement and flow. Have you ever done Jujutsu? I'd imagine it would speak to you in a lot of ways

What I gleaned from this: simplicity, mindful movement and immersion in nature are some of the cornerstones to good (physical) health. A beautiful message delivered in a beautiful manner.
