@cheezesaints yes..only KO of my career!Torn left supraspinatus in that bout,its as high as the left arm could go,therefore kick a la neck!Ouch!.After that bout,i actually was in a sling:( My bad for thinking i could fight with an injury like that.John is an awesome kicker,should have respected that.Live and learn as they say.Thanks for the support!

when i spar and i throw my 1,2 combo with a low kick, i can never get my spacing right, so i usually connect with my foot instead of my shin, any tips on that Kru???

Sandman I have just subbed great videos. Sandman could you help me it would be greatly apreciated. I have just started sanshou chinese kickboxing I am having problems working the heavy bag. when I am throwing jab & crosses and trying to set up kicks I am find myself to close to the bag to kick. Any chance of a video showing combinations and set ups for kicks on a heavy bag?
